It all started when Jouer Cosmetics came out with their Skinny Dip lip topper. As the cult following grew, Jouer just released their limited edition "Skinny Dip" collection. The new line consists of stunning new shades of lip toppers, highlighters and an eyeshadow palette. Although I was more inclined to get the new highlighters, it was the eyeshadow palette that caught my eye! The insanely beautiful metallic eyeshadows in very universal tones make this palette so adaptable to all skin tones. Moreover, this particular palette is perfect to glam up your night outs or for the wedding makeup (especially if you're South Asian).

The

FORMULA
The
formula is long wearing, highly pigmented and crease resistant. The eyeshadows
are smooth, easy to blend and quiet opaque. The glitter fallout is not too much and personally feel they work better
with a damp brush, but that's a personal choice.
PACKAGING
Where
do I begin! The packaging is so soooo stunning I couldn't take my eyes off it. The
palette is packed in a reflective gold box with embossed lettering and glitter
accents. The palette itself is made of the same gold reflective cardboard and
it comes with a mirror inside.
VERDICT
This palette is full of bling factor so if you love intense shiny metallic eyeshadows, this one is great to add to your collection.
